How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required!
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery takes 7–21 business days after shipping.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We carefully curate our product selection with quality in mind. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list for each product and doing a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
